Our Story
Garden Grove Juicery first began as The Wet Press after a simple conversation between friends. When one of my friends began training for a marathon, I saw it as the perfect opportunity to explore juicing more deeply. I started preparing fresh juices to support her training, fuel her body, and help her reach her goals. Around that same time, we were becoming increasingly concerned about the declining quality of food in America and the number of heavily processed options surrounding us. We wanted to become more intentional about what we put into our bodies—not simply to follow a diet, but to eat better, feel better, and live longer, healthier lives. Seeing how much my friend enjoyed each bottle, while discovering how much joy I found in creating them, made me ask myself, “What if I could do this for more people?” That question became the seed from which Garden Grove grew. Today, we create fresh, flavorful products that make healthier choices more accessible, enjoyable, and convenient for busy individuals and families. More than a juice company, Garden Grove is rooted in Jesus Christ and built on faith, love, service, and the belief that caring for our bodies is one way we can honor God.
Meet the Owner
Hi, I’m SheKendria Banks, the founder and owner of Garden Grove Juicery. I’m a devoted special education teacher, the founder of Ethel’s Love Foundation, an entrepreneur, and—most importantly—a woman who loves God. My faith in Jesus is the foundation of my life and everything I build. Whether I’m educating my students, serving youth and families through my nonprofit, or creating nourishing products through Garden Grove, my desire is to live and serve with purpose, love, and intentionality. I’m passionate about wellness of the body, mind, and spirit, and I believe healthy choices should be accessible, enjoyable, and made with care. Every Garden Grove product is created with fresh ingredients, intention, and the hope that it helps you feel your best—one sip at a time.
